Presently CDS operates across five levels. (1) Services - where we act as tech consultants/partners and help high-growth startups develop with speed, quality, and reliability (2) Solutions - where we combine multiple building blocks to develop technology solutions across digital transformation, IoT, Robotics, Manufacturing optimization, Mobile Device management (MDM), IoT core platform solutions and other solutions across multiple industries (3) Products - We also develop our own products in areas where we do not do any services work. The products include Cowlar (our flagship product -a Fit-bit for dairy farms and many others (4) Platform as a Service (5) Software as a service.

• Compile and maintain data in Google Sheets through Google Docs and other systems to generate accurately and process fractional billing and invoices for customers based on the work performed.
  
• Monitor and track fractional billing activities to ensure the timely completion of invoicing cycles.
  
• Verify the accuracy of billing information, including project details, hourly rates, and incremental work completed.
  
• Collaborate with project leads, team leads, and relevant departments to obtain necessary documentation and validate billable work.
  
• Maintain meticulous records of billing activities, including invoice creation, adjustments, and payment receipts
  
• Analyze billing data to identify trends, anomalies, and discrepancies.
  
• Prepare regular reports summarizing fractional billing activities, revenue generated, and outstanding balances.
  
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile billing records and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  
• Assist in the development and improvement of billing processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries and clarifications for internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing detailed explanations and resolutions related to billing matters.
  
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to billing practices.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information in a secure manner.
  
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors in IT, Software, CS, Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics),  DAE (Electrical, Electronics, Computer) or Diploma in IT 
  
• Data Entry or Customer Support Experience is highly desirable 
  
• Advance knowledge of Google Sheets AND Microsoft Excel is a must. If you are not competent here, please do not apply to this job.
